Phil Martin

The owner and founder of Integrated Engineering & Construction, Phil Martin has enjoyed an extensive civil career as a district engineer, construction project manager, vice president of construction, and heavy civil division manager. The many hats Phil wore throughout the years gave him an appreciation for the design and construction process from the contractor and the engineer's perspective. This hands-on experience provided him with a deep understanding of what it takes to engineer and construct some of the largest and most complex heavy civil projects in North America. Ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 billion in contract value, the scopes of these projects included:
