This project requested engineering services to determine the remediation needed to improve the existing spillway capacity to safely pass the updated PMF peak flow and address concerns identified from the 2017 detailed spillway assessment. Phil provided constructability, cost estimating, and schedule preparation for alternative development and further refinement for the selected alternatives of the following dams: Beldon Forebay Dam Spillway, Bucks Storage Dam, Macumber Dam, and Cape Horn Dam.
